Semperlux Aktiengesellschaft
- Lichttechnische Werke -
Motzener Str. 34
12277 Berlin

We measure quality by customer satisfaction, i.e. when the customer is satisfied with our products, our company and the services we provide, then we consider ourselves to be a quality company. "Quality is something we generate and not something we test": We have made this a basic principle of all our product lines through our carefully controlled manufacturing processes. Errors are not part of the way we think or act. All Semperlux production plants are incorporated into our overall quality management programme and meet the stringent requirements laid down in the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. We work consistently to maintain the quality we strive to guarantee. Every person who works in our company is expected to make his/her contribution towards this aim, irrespective of position or type of work. Which is why we pay so much attention to the continuing education and training of our staff at all levels. All these aspects, we believe, are the keys to quality-oriented manufacturing and quality results.

Committee work

Generating quality and guaranteeing quality in the long term, also means addressing social and economic issues that relate to quality. In this context, we acknowledge that we have a responsibility towards the environment, not only within our own company, but also through our presence on a large number of national and international committees working on lighting issues of all kinds, e.g. in the German Lighting Engineering Society, in the DIN standards committee, and in CEN. Future-oriented activities of this kind are an integral part of the Semperlux philosophy.
