Spring

Expanse and vastness symbolize a new beginning and spring (four 250 watt HIT washlights with blue filters plus one 70 watt HIT spot).

  
Summer

The second inter- pretation addresses the dynamic quality of summer, and denotes the spirit of moving on and accepting new challenges (70 watt HIT projectors).

  
Autumn

The third interpretation is based on reality, autumn, everyday life (14 regularly spaced 24 watt TCL washlights).

  
Winter

The fourth interpretation symbolizes perfection, maturity and winter (250 watt HST washlights plus one 70 watt HIT spot).

  

In front of the central administration building of Semperlux AG in Berlin-Marienfelde there is a sculpture entitled "Light - Space - Dynamics". It was designed specifically for Semperlux as an "art in architecture" project by sculptor Volkmar Haase.
The eight-metre long and five and a half-metre high sculpture weighs five tons and symbolizes the phenomenon of light, luminaire design and the company's corporate culture.
The illumination of the sculpture changes with every season - a work of art enhanced by light, with ample scope for interpretation. The lighting is designed by Semperlux.
The sphere might be interpreted as the globe - light the world over.
