1973 Armin Bansbach, the elder son of founder of the company Hermann Bansbach, takes over as Managing Director. The company remains an exclusively family business.
1975 the younger brother, Udo Bansbach, joins the company and assumes responsibility for Sales and Development.
1988 Norman Bansbach starts to develop a new field of operations: Corporate Lighting.
